[Multi-culture News] IFEZA to provide free legal consultations for foreigners residing in Incheon Free Economic Zone from September

The Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority announced on the 15th that it will provide free legal consultations for foreigners residing in the area from September.

This was designed to solve the legal difficulties that foreigners living in the Incheon Free Economic Zone have probably faced in the process of settling down.

Foreigners can receive counseling in almost all areas, including fraud, assault, divorce, parental rights, custody, lease disputes, and damages.

Foreign legal counseling services are provided by lawyers who specialize in counseling foreigners.

Foreigners living or working in the Incheon Free Economic Zone can receive counseling services by applying to the Incheon Free Economic Zone Global Center.

[다문화뉴스] 인천경제자유구역청, 9월부터 관내 거주 외국인 대상 무료 법률상담 실시

인천경제자유구역청이 오는 9월부터 관내에 거주하는 외국인들을 위한 무료 법률상담을 실시한다고 15일 밝혔다.

이는 인천경제자유구역 내에 거주하는 외국인들이 정착하는 과정에서 겪는 법적인 애로사항을 해소하기 위해 기획됐다.

외국인들은 사기, 폭행, 이혼, 친권, 양육권, 임대차 분쟁, 손해배상 등 민·형사 거의 모든 분야에 대해 상담을 받을 수 있다.

외국인 법률상담 서비스는 인천지방변호사회에 소속된 외국인 상담 전문 변호사에 의해 진행된다.

인천경제자유구역에 거주하거나 활동하고 있는 외국인 가운데 상담을 원하는 사람은 인천경제자유구역 글로벌센터에 신청하면 상담 서비스를 안내받을 수 있다.
